After a person graduates from the Teen Challenge residential program, they have several options available to them.
1. They can return home to live with their family.
2. Continue their education in college or a trade school.
3. Do an internship at a Teen Challenge center.
Typically 6 months long, they work as a junior staff. An internship is for a Teen Challenge graduate who has an interest in preparing for full-time work at Teen Challenge or a similar organization, helping people with addictions and other life-controlling problems. At the end of this internship, they are required to further their education before being considered for fulltime employment at Teen Challenge.
4. Attend a one year Teen Challenge staff training school.

5. Teen Challenge Re-entry Program.
Transitional housing at Teen Challenge or similar programs is available for those seeking assistance in re-entering society. The re-entry program typically lasts 6 months. These graduates are able to get a job, establish a budget, and learn how to prepare for life after Teen Challenge. Those in the re-entry program also are required to become involved in a local church and develop new friends there. During this time they also establish a relationship of accountability with a mentor to help them process the challenges of life after Teen Challenge.
